How to Care for Your Clear Silicone Molds for UV Resin & Epoxy
Keep your silicone earring molds in excellent condition with these easy care tips:
- Clean with Mild Soap – Rinse gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid alcohol or abrasive cleaners that can cloud the mold.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat – Store your molds away from heat sources and UV exposure when not in use to prevent warping.
- Use Soft Tools Only – Avoid sharp or metal tools that can scratch or tear the silicone.
- Fully Cure Before Demolding – Ensure UV resin or epoxy is completely cured before removing to keep edges crisp and clean.
- Store Flat & Dust-Free – Lay molds flat in a cool, dry place to maintain their shape and clarity.

We value our customers and your satisfaction is our absolute priority.
If you find your order faulty after you've received it, please contact us via hyggemold@gmail.com with photographic evidence as soon as you can so that we can quickly sort it out for you.
Any molds to be returned should be unused, without any debris, glitter, mica etc. in the original packaging. Please contact us and discuss with us first before sending it back.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 48 hours and before it is dispatched. If you change your mind after it has been dispatched (even within the 48-hour timeframe), we do not accept cancellation.
Our silicone molds are made of platinum cure silicone, which lasts approximately 30% longer than regular condensation cure silicone. Nonetheless, all silicone mold are consumerables. The life span depends on various factors, such as the type of resin used, prolonged heat/ UV/ sunlight exposure, the age of the mould, additional heat application etc.

How long do you need to process my orders?
We make every mold just for you after you place your order, and we aim to complete your orders within 3-5 working days. In busy periods, our lead time can be up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Where are you based in? Do you ship internationally?
Our studio is in London, and yes, we ship internationally! In fact, we have shipped to more than 30 countries already. If your country is not on our website, please let us know by dropping a message via Instagram messaging @hyggemold or email hyggemold@gmail.com.
How long is the shipping time?
We send all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class and Tracked 48, which usually arrive in 2-4 days; and Royal Mail International Standard (non-tracked)/Tracked for international orders, which arrive in 5-14 days, also depending on the delivery partner of Royal Mail in the country where our customer is based in.
Different shipping options are available at checkout. If you would like to pay lower shipping fees, you can choose non-tracked shipping at your own risk.
What kind of silicone do you use?
What makes HyggeMold stands out is our quality. We chose the best platinum-cure silicone you can find on the market - crystal clear, tough, flexible, tear resistant, long-lasting, and non-stick, thus allowing easy demolding! Because of that, our molds last at least 30% longer than the others, and can last even longer when used properly. The fact that our silicone molds are crystal clear means no more mistakes while you cast - you will see any bubbles or imperfections easily when you craft so you can avoid them!
Can I bake your molds in the oven?
Yes. It is heat-resistant up to 220 degree celsius, but be careful not to heat it for a prolonged period of time.
Do you make custom molds?
Yes, we accept custom requests in certain periods only. Please reach out to check if we are open via hyggemold@gmail.com and tell us your idea, including size and quantity, so that we can get back to you with a quote.
Do you make colored silicone molds?
Although colored silicone molds with mica or glitter are very attractive, we usually don't recommend them because clear silicone molds give you a better vision as to what's going on inside e.g. trapped bubbles and so are more practical for resin artists. However, if you would like to get a colored mold, we have the pigment needed. Please contact us for more details.
