Shipping policy

 

UK Delivery 

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class/ Tracked 48. You can also upgrade it to tracked 24 if you would like faster and safer deliveries.

International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard(non-tracked)/ Tracked. If you prefer lower shipping fees, you can choose Non-tracked at your own risk. If you accidentally purchase non-tracked shipping and would like to upgrade it to tracked, please contact us via hyggemold@gmail.com.

For DHL express upgrade, please feel free to contact us via hyggemold@gmail.com.

For customers outside of the UK

VAT/Sales Tax will not be charged at checkout but need to be paid upon receipt of the goods in your home country. There might also be import duties to be paid as you receive the goods, which HyggeMold is not liable for.

Delayed/ Lost packages

If your package does not arrive within the timeframe specified by Royal Mail, kindly notify us via hyggemold@gmail.com. Sometimes packages can be delayed because of customs procedures and other circumstances.

In very rare cases, packages do not arrive or are lost during transit. Please let us know immediately. We will try our best to sort it out for you.
